Resource Scheduling Optimization Multi-day scheduling in Dynamics 365 Field Service

Hello Everyone,

Today I am going to show the Multi-day scheduling using Resource Scheduling Optimization Dynamics 365 Field Service.

Let’s get’s started.

This new feature enables scheduling efficiencies and accuracies by optimizing job requirements that span multiple days automatically.

A 40 hour work order across an entire work week where the same field technician is expected to perform more detailed work at the same location each day.

So a service requirement can be scheduled across multiple days and weeks.

Dispatchers can schedule multi-day work manually or by using the schedule assistant.

The resource scheduling optimization add-in for Dynamics 365 Field Service now supports multi-day requirements optimization too.

The system assigns requirements that span multiple days to a resource based on the breakdown of the underlying requirements details.

That’s it for today.

I hope this helps.
