Certainly! To track additional fields when saving emails or events to your CRM using Microsoft Copilot for Sales, follow these steps:

1. Access Admin Settings:

As a Copilot for Sales admin, open the Copilot for Sales app in Teams.

Navigate to the admin settings.

2. Choose Activity Type:

In the admin settings, select “Save to (CRM).”

Depending on the type of activity you want to configure (emails or meetings), choose either “Save emails to (CRM) or ” Save meetings to CRM”.

3. Select Fields to Save:

You can now select different fields to save along with the email or meeting to CRM.

These selected fields will be displayed to sellers when they save the email or meeting to CRM.

4. Refresh Data(Optional):

If the CRM administrator updates a field label in CRM, you can refresh the data to see the updated label in Copilot for Sales,

5. Categorize with Fields:

In the “Categorize with fields” section, add the desired fields from the available options.

These fields allow sellers to accurately categorize their interactions with customers.

And that’s it! Sellers will now see the configured fields when saving emails or meetings to CRM.

2. Capabilties:

Meetings Analysis: Copilot for Sales analyzes the meetings transcription and identifies relevant information about companies and brands discussed.

Easy to Read Cards: It creates cards with data from CRM or Bing, showing competitives or brand information. These cards appear in the Copilot for sales panel during the meeting.

Tailored Conservations: Sellers can use these insights to tailor their pitch and enhance their sales performance.

Here are some of the new features in Dynamics 365 Sales that were recently released:

1. Copilot Enhancements:

Content Recommendations: Use Copilot to get content recommendations from Sharepoint.

SharePoint Q&A: Ask Copilot questions and get answers from documents stored in SharePoint.

Natural Language Chat:

Ask Copilot data – related questions in natural language.

Ask Copilot sales-specific terminology questions in natural language.

Meeting Preparation Notes: Utilize Copilot to prepare for your meetings.

Proposal Summary: Ask Copilot to summarize a proposal or document associated with a record (Public preview).

Account Summary: Summarize an account using Copilot (Public preview).

2.Default Copilot Behavior:

Copilot is now turned on by default for organizations that have provided consent for data movement and those that don’t require consent.

Immersive Experience: View Copilot in a full-screen, immersive mode in addition to the side pane(public preview).

3. Forecasting:

Explore out -of- the box forecasting with zero configuration.

4. Seller Experience:

Enjoy a new look with refreshed styling, which will be auto – enabled by default.

Sequences: Assign multiple sequences to multiple sellers or teams for a record, allowing effective collaboration to close deals.

Preview Sequence Steps: Plan and perform assigned tasks while previewing the sequences steps within the context of a specific entity record.

These enhancements aim to improve productivity, collaboration and insights for sales teams.

{How to} Unlimited application installs now in Customer Insights

Hello Everyone,

Today I am going to share my thoughts on unlimited application installs now in Customer Insights.

Let’s get’s started.

As of June 30, 2024, Microsoft has removed application installation limits for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.

Previously, there were restrictions on the number of installations per base license, but now you have
unlimited application installs for Customer Insights – Journeys(real time journeys only) and Customer Insights-Data.

This means that as an admin, you can install these applications on as many production and sandbox environments in the Power Platform Admin Center as needed.

Admins with a paid Dynamics 365 Customer Insights license will no longer see the application installation counter and limits.
